KW Solutions Koi Tunnel - Small
Koi tunnels are designed to give the maximum protection to your fish from herons and critters. The tunnels provide shade for the fish on sunny days. No glue or harsh chemicals were used in the manufacturing of the tunnels.
KW Solutions Koi Tunnels have a very strong 1/2" black scheduled 40 PVC frame with a premium black mesh netting covering approx 80% shade.
The Koi Tunnel is available in two sizes:
- Small measures: 18"L x 12"w x 9"H
- Large measures: 26"L x 14"w x 12"H

Instructions:
To assemble the frame:
- Slide (1) Square PVC pipe into the longest mesh pocket. The elbows will face inward. Repeat for the other end Square PVC pipe. (look for the slit in the mesh)
- Slide (1) PVC pipe into the upper corner fitting. (look for the slit in the mesh) Tap in fully.
- Repeat this step for the second upper pipe.
- Fill bottom pipes with sand or pebbles for more weight if needed.
- Attach one pipe into the lower elbow. Tap in fully.
- Attach the other end of the pipe to the other elbow and tap in place.
- Repeat the above steps with the second pipe.
- Tap all fittings for a secure fit.
- After assembly, submerge the koi tunnel under the pond water until all air bubbles have escaped.
